Appalling customer service

I bought Vans sneakers and socks on TGF online. i have since collected and received sneakers only. I have called the customer service for TGF online and spoke to Arttline on the 28/10/2020 who confirmed that my socks were delivered on the 05 October 2020 and were signed in by Bongi@Sportscene the Grove Mall in Lynwood, Pta. I went to the shop on the same date after my call, to my surprise Melusi who assisted me said he could not find the socks and Bongi who signed for them was not at work. I left my details and requested to be called once my parcel is located. To date i am still waiting for the call. TGF, why do you continue hire these mediocre individuals who does not understand what customer service is. i am just annoyed that i have to continuously drive to the shop for nothing.
