Appalling behavior of a cashier at Sportscene in Birch Acres Mall

#TFG #SportScene I went to Birch Acres mall Sportscene to pay got a laybye and requested assistance with a printout of my account with my Markarms account. After paying for the laybye using a card, I asked the cashier Mbali not to attach the card payment slip on the laybye receipts. She handed me back the slips. I took them and removed the card payment and handed her back the slips to staple them together for me. I requested that she assist in throwing the card payment slip for me. She refused telling that there are dustbins around the mall and I can use them to dispose of the slip. I know there there dustbins in the tills area hence I asked. I then left the slips and further said please dispose of the slip for me she then threw the slip at me. I left the store and went back to ask for the Manager so that I can lodge a complaint of the appalling service and to ask if they don't have dustbins at the till area in their store and that we check the video footage of how I was serviced so that he could satisfy himself with the incident. I was further informed there are no camera in their till areas. But how?

How is throwing a slip at a customer good services or fair? Why aren't there cameras and dustbins in the till area in th store?

I was actually hurt and felt disrespect as a human being and as a loyal customer of the store.
