Appaling service & Yelling at customers

I went onto Sportscene online looking to purchase a pair of sneakers, stock was not available so i checked in-store stock and it showed me that SPORTSCENE NEWTOWN JUNCTION had stock. I called in to request an IBT to the nearest store. For a long as i have bought at your stores, the procedure for a set aside has always been 24hrs, apparently a customer called in more than 2days ago and still hasnt picked up the shoe. I need it and are being told that if the customer does not pick it up today (being the 3rd day being set-aside) then only i can have the shoe. The sad part is that YES HE AGREES that that is the procedure but he was willing to bend it for that particular customer. This guy then continued to yell at me on the phone....this is appalling. I want that shoe!!
