Annoyed!!!

Order number: p***7<br> So I ordered & tried to pay the 1st time and that didn't quite work out, my 2nd attempt I got further, accepted payment on my phone & continued but your beautiful site didn't confirm order and decided to throw me into an error page. My problem is payment went through but how do you rely on your site to confirm payments? I placed this order at about 17:45 I still have no confirmation of payment yet funds from my account were deducted. Even worse I receive an email reminding me of payment, I UNFORTUNATELY DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR THIS. I shop enough online to know that at this point somehow my payment should be confirmed, now I want you guys to sort yourselves out, process my order and I want my order in that 5days Thank you! I wasted my time calling your call centre to sort this out & they told me to wait till this morning, what was I waiting for if they clearly weren't tracing payment? Sorry guys this is the purest ******** I've had to deal with & maybe you should have an EFT option!
