Airforce one swoosh

So I bought me a airforce one from sport scene. It is a new one they advertised on Instagram. Problem is the one they advertise is not the same one that they sell in store. The difference is the swoosh sign on the advert is on the inside and in store its on the outside. Can someone tell me is this false advertising or not.
