ACCUSATION
06/11/2015 I APPLY FOR A LAY-BYE CARD THEN THEY TOLD ME THAT MY INITIALS IS WRONG AFTER TO 2 WEEKS I WHEN BACK TO THE SHOP I ASK THE GUY TO PHONE TO THE OFFICE TO ASK WHATS THE HOLD UP WITH THE LAY-BYE. THEY TOLD HIM I AM FRAU DING THAT'S NOT WHAT U TELL TO A CUSTOMER THAT'S BAD SERVICE I TRIED IN THE YEAR FOR AN ACCOUNT THEY NEVER EVEN GAVE ME FEED BACK AND THE TIME I APP**** I GAVE THEM MY PAYSLIP AN EVERYTHING THEY NEED AN THAT THE TIME I TRY TO MAKE A LAY-BYE CARD AN NOW THEY TELL ME I FRAU DING
