Please help I made payment December at Sneakerfactocry Greenstone wich I have been receiving calls that my account is in areas where as I paid so on the 29 of Jan I called at Sneaker factory manage could not explain what was wrong she said she will call after an hour she never did that I called after 3 hours all she could say they are having such problems she is going to email tomorrow she thn request transactions now she will call where I must send she never did that her name is Jacque please talk to your staff n fix my account its gonna affect a lot of things n she is very ********
