Accounts ****

I was having an account paying R110.00 installment for 12 months. In May may balance was R800, and I decided to buy 2 pairs of sneakers total was around R1300.00. Then they combine my monthly installment to R225.00 for 12 months. In November 2024,I called the head office to assist me with the balance of my first account that I was paying R110.00 for me to able to settle it. I failed to get the settle amount they said the system is the one that calculate so they can't pick up my previous account balance as installment is combine. But the can pick my may month payment and purchased items.

I assume they rob us as consumers , meaning I will pay that R225.00 until May 2025,my initial account was supposed to be paid off as I speak. Because some of the items I bought it end of 2023. I am still paying that R110. that was added, according to them I will settle it in May this year. When I request settlement of my first account they send the whole balance account.
