Account settled,there is no update on Credit Record

My account was handed over to DMC for a balance of R6500 and they have listed me on ITC and I settled my account in 2019 and I received paid up letter. TFG have not updated my ITC profile.

When i call TFG they refer me to their attorneys, when i call the attorneys they refer me to TFG,no one is clearing my name.This whole thing is frustrating me. I just want my name to be removed on ITC for owing sportscence and which is I don't anymore. I will lay a complaint to the ombudsman as this is having a negative impact on my credit profile.
