Account Over paid
I have a problem with my account i was owing R1300 on my account then my account was handed over to the lawyers . I started paying may 2015 my account balance wouldn't go down then on the first of October i paid 400 the balance was R381,93 . On the 5th iof November i paid R200 then surprising my balance went from R381.93 to R723,62 which i don't get why . According to my calculations I've already paid R2200 my account is settled and now is difficult for me to close the account while they say I'm owing. Please fix thiis because it's not fair on my side i sometimes pay 40 then they say i only paid R 41
