Account not updated accordingly

Good day On 30 august 2021 RL DALY attorneys called me regarding the account that I was not paying which I did agree with them to pay what I can afford,I'm left with 729 to settle the balance now my problem is on credit score profile it says I'm still owing 2264 I don't understand why is not corresponding with the balance now or Its ur company sending to experian late report to update my information.I'm being turned off to qualify for a loan because of incorrect information on my account

This month I'm going to settle all the balance I'm owing to you I can't continue like this
