Hi. I app**** for a a sportscene accont on Sunday and 2 ***s were assisting at the Rosebank mall. They kept moving from 1 till to the other assisting as many clients. One second it was said my account is approved and the next the system lost my application. I was patient enough to wait for a stupid sms which they said will be sent on my phone. I went on to walk around the mall and came back to the shop. Still no assistastance. Now what ****es me off is making a call today and one of the ***s said they were busy. Asked him to call me back he dropped the call on me. I called again nkw at 12:30 and a guy was rude and also dropped call on me. Little doeas any1 of these agents know that I have been in marketing and sales for 15years and this is aphauling disrespect that I must get from young ***s. My time my airtime and customer service is out the ****en window. I want those ***s fired now as they have brought your company to disrepute. All of them at rosebank mall. The number I called was ***. This is by far the worst experience in my 38years of living. Sies.
