Account discrepancy
I have discrepancies on my account as per below:<br> 28/03/2016 - End of day credit available was R9500<br> 29/03/2016 - I made online purchases amounting to R2982.80<br> 01/04/2016 - I made online purchases amounting to R580<br> 03/04/2016 - I exchanged items of R139.30 and I was charged R199 for the same items<br> Please advice why my available credit is R4353.00 instead of R5930.<br> Please advice why I am charged more for exchanging the same items.<br> Your urgent response will be highly appreciated.<br>
