***** account activations

I went to the Lakeside mall store to activate my TFG card and I was assisted by Ngcobo Kwenzokuhle (also known as Sean), who mislead me saying that in order for me to activate my account I need to pay R95 activation fee and he also gave me a sneaker cleaner kit as an "activation kit at no cost". I paid the activation fee and took my activation kit with, only to find on the receipt that the activation amount was the percentage of the purchase and the activation kit was my first purchase from my credit. I went back to the store took back the activation kit and asked for my refund, while I was at the store I spoke to the supervisor Mduduzi Mthiyane who was not shocked of Sean misleading clients when opening an account and that Kwenzokuhle guy was still misleading other clients the same way he did to me. I tried to explain that, what they did was ***** they gave me attitude. I'm not sure if is this how TFG is conducting business or these boys are taking advantage of the clients that don't know anything.
