Abongile Salli's Phone

Hello My name is Abongile Salli, I have a complain with SportScene phone insurance. My phone was ****** in Jully at gun poin in Khayelitsha and I went to the police station and reported everything and they gave me all the documents that I need to claim the phone and I took them to Sport Scence because that's where I bought the phone and insured it. I gave them the papers they said they will contact me and since I've never insured my phone and never claimed I didn't know what to do. 2moths now nothing has happed and I will contact the store they will say to me they will phone or they person who deals with the phone is on lunch or please hold for 20 min. I wasted my airtime because I see that I'm not getting helped. I asked for the manager they will say the manager is busy. I moved the matter and phoned TFG offices and they directed me to the claims office only to find out that my phone was not sent. they cant find my case because nothing was submitted. I had to go to other sport scene to report the case because I need my phone and they tried to help me and they phoned they picked up and asked to speak to the guy who was handling my case he didn't make sense to they sales person from the other store and the lady asked to speak to the manager the guy said the manager is not at the moment and we asked for the managers office number or email he said here is the manager that was confusing. I'm very unhappy because I feel like they can claim for my phone and keep it or sell it. I'm really not happy and I still pay for that phone.
