A VERY RUDE AGENT

So I went to collect my Sportcene card since I had app**** to open an account with Sportcene only to find a very rude lady to assist me.....so she gave me card and I asked her how it actually works and this dumb a** asked me why I opened the account if I don't know how it works I mean like the nerve she had to ask me that as a customer seeking for assistance
