7th business day waiting for order.
I ordered something online on 5th August, as your delivery policy states it takes 3-5 business days to deliver, I am on my 7th business day and have sent 4 emails spanning over three days and have yet to receive a reply. I've been tracking my order and it keeps on switching between "with courier" to "out on delivery" this item was a birthday gift I'm very disappointed with your customer service there is no communication at all, but you guys are quick to phone and sell a magazine or insurance. As I stated in my emails Hello Peter is my last option, please get this issues sorted ASAP.

I never received any package here was no courier ever 2. I do not know anyone by the name of Raymond. So are you going to investigate further and resend my package or are you going to issue a refund?
