Online purchase - Still waiting for delivery

We have ordered a Tennis Bag online through Sports24seven in November 2018 already. The Online Purchase went through smoothly and payment went of my credit card immediately. When following up regarding delivery a few days later, I was emailed that they don't have stock but will receive stock early Feb 2019. Phoning the numbers on their website is to no avail as they are not answered. I want the item I ordered and paid for.
