Threatened by driver

My friends and I requested two taxis from stones in observatory. One taxi arrived and the other failed to come. We waited for twenty minutes before another cab came. When we got into the car the driver was in a very bad mood. My friend suggested that the cab turn around in order to get to town instead of going the long way. The driver then kicked us out of the taxi and started shouting at us that if we don't get out of the cab that he will use force to get us out and gestured towards being violent towards my friend. When I called to book another cab and tell the manager what happened she laughed in my face and told me a cab was coming which didn't once again. For the manager of your company to treat customers with such disrespect is actually appalling. I will never use your services again because I felt like I was in danger being in the car with your driver. I have been using sport for eight years and you have just lost a customer.
