Bad service and broken online query platform

I bought an Osaka padel racket from Sports Republic, and with in two weeks after only playing 2 times with it, in cracked in the centre. It was still basically brand new.

I contacted them and I received a mail saying sorry and that I needed to fill in a ticket and that the staff would get back to me.

The online link does not work, you cannot get past it wanting a capture code(says loading) and then you cannot submit query.

It’s now been over a month and I have received no response even after sending them e-mails that I cannot submit query.

I can’t believe the bad service. No answer on a refund. Not buying or recommending them In the future.
