Why must I still pay you for service I may not use? No compromise?

Shamelessly still debiting my full payments even though Gyms have been closed since Lockdown started. I will never ever recommend this gym to anyone. They are still billing me in full for a service they can't deliver, not even compromising on the payments in these times. Even after a phone call two months ago and being told I will receive some feedback, still not another peep from anyone.Thanks so much for your consideration guys.
