Sports & Fitness club ****

hi, in Dec 2016 i signed to join @ Sports & Fitness club in Alberton. i initially wanted 6 months contract but the guys could only give me 12 months. when i wanted to cancel it within the 6 days period to retain my 100% joining fee, the guys (Ophius if i'm not mistaken) couldn't locate my contract from their file claiming they've already submitted banking details to the finance department. fair enough i proceeded with the contract & a couple of months later stopped attending the gym. however i still carried on with paying the monthly R299 fee for the duration of my contract ending in November 2017. before the contract reached its expiry i notified the gym of my cancellation 6 months prior to the end. they still carried on debiting money from my account post cancellation. i liased with a person by the name of Jackie to inform them that i terminated my contract long time ago. a year later Nov 20418 i'm surprised that they have black listed my account even though i am no longer a member. these guys are just using their power to ****** money from innocent members:-(
