Sports and fitness steeldale.

I joined a gym company 3 years ago in feb 2018. I travel alot for work so i don't get that much time for gym but when my contract was supposed to end on the end of february 2021. My bank account was blovked by sports and fitness ,because gym company changed to a sports and fitness in my time away without notifying me and they were even so kind as to add another year to my contract and now they are demanding that i pay R3300 to cancel my contract because its only ending next year in may even tho im not even a part of sports and fitness i did not even know about the change and did not agree to switch or extend my contract in any way.
