Sports and Fitness gym. Worst ever mistake - Will not happen again.

I would highly recommend no-one to sign a gym contract with Sports and Fitness Alberton of Steeldale, I was refused to cancel my contract or come to an agreement for an early cancellation even though I was going up for retrenchment, I was still tied to the contract (this was during lockdown 2020). Then I came to the end of my contract where I managed to cancel it, where the gym still debited my account after cancellation, I went past the gym with the confirmation records, they kept on promising my refund. This is now 3 months later and still no refund. So please rethink if you were thinking of signing up a contract. Morals and Honesty is one thing you must have in life, clearly this owner does not nor does some of his staff.
