Sports and Fitness Club Steeledale does not care for their customers !

My contract came to an end in May 2019, I was not told that it had come to an end, no email was sent to notify me whether I would like to continue or cancel my membership. Since the end of my contract, they are still debiting my account. I'm not happy with their service, they blame their ex-employees for not notifying me. It is the responsibility of the Sport and Fitness Club Steeledale to notify its members of any change with membership. Not to put point fingers and blame people who are no longer part of the organisation. Their customer service is unprofessional and their facilities are always being repaired. The Sports and Fitness Club is unhygienic. They promise the world and never deliver. I moved from the area and could not attend the gym, still, they were not accommodating, so I had to wait for my contract to end, even then a courtesy call would have been nice, or for them to send an email or SMS notifying me that my contract has ended. Sports and Fitness Club Steeledale is unprofessional and is not value for money. I would not recommend this gym, you would be wasting your money and time. I strongly disapprove of their work ethics, especially to loyal paying customers.
