These people are *******! They threaten to blacklist me after I tried to pause my account because I lost my job, they said they couldn't. Now I paid a massive amount (up to date) and they still say my account is in arrears with additional amounts? The people working there is extremely rude. ********! Bad customer service! Never ever go there!
