******TY / BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES / LIES / FALSE INFORMATION

Hi,

I was a member of this club for nearly 5 years. My contract was for 2 years but I continued on a month to month. Then via email I was offered R99 per month instead of the R259 I was paying. I accepted this via email. I did not sign anything and no where in the email did it state that this was a year contract or I would never have agreed to it.

I then had to cancel my contract as I was moving jobs. The accounts lady Jakie said that I would still have to pay for three months even though they let my friend who joined the same time as me cancel hers immediately. As angry as I was I just accepted this as I was sick and tired of fighting.

I then receive an email from Jackie dated 22/01/2018 saying, Please note your last debit order will be March then cancelled.

Now today 16/03/2018 this same Jackie Barnard sends an email saying I am so sorry to tell you that your cancellation was declined your last debit order will only be October as you took the R99 special in November and that is for a minimum period of 12 months.

NEVER EVER DID I AGREE TO OR SIGN ANOTHER 12 MONTH CONTRACT AND HOW CAN SHE AGREE TO CANCEL AND THEN 2 MONTHS LATER CHANGE HER MIND.

I am sick and tired of the abuse and lies from this gym. When you call they just don't care and no one does anything about it,in fact Jacke thinks she runs the gym as I can never get further than her.

I will never ever advise anyone to join this gym. They are full of empty promises just to get you to join and never ever follow through. They promise classes that never happen. They promise new equipment because the current treadmills and bikes are all broken, BUT NEVER RAPLACE ANYTHING I had to take my own weights to gym because there was never enough. What kind of a gym is this and then they try and bind me to a contract I never even signed.
