Poor service

<p>When I join the gym in 2014 I ony took out a 12 month membeship. When my memmbership ended in 2015 I was told I can not cancel it on the phone but it has to be done over email. After the phone call I email the lady asking to cancle my account. At first I thought it was stange that she didnt reply back. But the email was sent and read.....So its been more than a year and they are still deducting money off my accoount. I can't recall the ladies name but this is rediculious and they are affecting my ITC status!</p>
