planet fitness club in lynwood ripped me off and now my name is bad at the credit bereau

Hello, I am extremely upset with the way planet fitness in Lynnwood is operating, I once visited that branch and some guy opt to assist me and I said to him that I will revert back to him only to fin out that I was registered as a member before I can even sign the contract, I just gave him my information and told him that I will come back, Now I receive lot of email that they are handing m over to legal advisors, I have a amount of R22.113.00 outstanding balance and I have never even went there to do any exercises or trainings, I have never even received the membership card.

I am pleading with hello peter to help me understand or refer me o ombudsman for help as this might affect my credit record
