Pathetic Service and *********** staff and company

My boyfriend and i joined this \so Called gym"a few months ago. my boyfriend changed his banking deatils along with the debit order date from the 31st to the 1st. On the 1st of September 2015 the debiit order went off and so it continued till now. During September he was denied access to the gym as his account was in arrears. He pulled his bank staement and evrything was fine"
