Not impressed with my signing of contract

I took out a contract with Sports and fitness club in October 2014.<br> I was promised the moon with facilities being available.<br> At any given time there are around maybe 4 treadmills working as out of the 6 units 2 are out of order.<br> The bicycles in the cardio section are either damaged or don't work properly.<br> The walker machines 2 of them? don't work properly, as it seems that the equipment is all second hand.<br> The cable pulling machines are not bolted to the ground, as for any machine in fact. This is a hazard and is not good for proper training. The shower facilities are not appropriate, as I don't shower prison style?<br> I am not pleased with this and I want to cancel my contract, as I think that paying R249.00P/M the Gym should be up to standard. There is no facility of gaining Vitality points, as we don't even have proper cards, or access tags. *Which I was promised upon sign up*<br> I am going to refuse any more payment as this is not what I was assured of, as in a year things can happen and changes can be made.<br> I want to cancel my contract effective immediately.
