i dont have membership with this gym

on the 15th /08/2015 I got a debit order from the gym listed ,i went to the back and reversed the debit order as I have no account or membership with them then on the 25/08/2015 I get an sms from a person by the name of Sonike saying my gym account is in arrears .when I called the number the person was said to be busy <br> I do not have an account with the so called gym they must stop debiting my account <br> <br> what I remember is that I used to work in alberton new redruth and went to the gym to enquire about the services I feeled out their form with my details ,and that very moment I told the lady who was assisting me then by the name of sindy to cancel as I am not interested anymore and it ended there a month later I got a call from the manager I think his name was Thabo asking when m I coming to the gym I explained that I do not gym with them and referred him to my lawyer who then sorted out the matter with him because he was threatening to debit my account as they had a form with a signature ,I don't have the card for that gym or any copies of agreement from them they are taking advantage of the fact that my bank details were on the form and they r debiting my account after one year
