Gym membership

Hi My name is Mbongeni, I opened a membership with Alberton Sports and fitness centre this year in February at there promotion at Chris hani crossing mall in Vosloorus . I was told that Alberton Sports and fitness centre will be open a branch in Chris hani crossing before the end of May this year and so far there is no sign of it . I've been paying my gym fee R199 from March until now and this month they charged me double. When I call them today because I never went to Alberton since the only reason I took this membership was because Chris hani crossing is closer to me, so my account has being debited for nothing because when I call them they are telling me that there was never a plan to open a gym at Chris hani crossing and when I'm telling them about the name of the guy who was selling me this I'm being told that they have no one with that name but they are able to take my money every month. Please assist me anyone who have an idea as to what is it that I need to do about this .
