deductions & expiry

In 2013 December sports and fitness was opening for the first time at steeldale next to pick n pay, as they were recruiting I then signed up with them. After some months I went back tell them that my son will carry with the gym and they must not change bank details as a debit order was signed with me. Sometimes they debit as G Health and Gym with the same amount for the same month, then late last year they did it and even added R199 extra, which I managed to reverse it. Today when I went to see them for my son's renewal, they say I have to sign a cancellation form but there wasn't anything to cancel as the contract expired last month. They said I have to pay levy money of R199 which I was never told about it when I signed the contract at the beginning. People used to warn me of their double debit transactions, which I only realised it lately. They told me about blacklisting my name if I don't pay the levy. Then I asked to see the person I signed the contract with, they say he left them. My son wants to sign for R99 on his own with his bank details and they refused. They must stop robbing their clients
