DEBITING BANK ACCOUNTS WHEN CONTRACS EXPIRED

D12086A. My son Sherwin Kallasur gym contract expired last year September 2014. His bank account was still being debited. I called the gym and Natasha is stating that they need a written letter from us. The contract was signed for 2 years only and they do not have a right to debit any ones account once the contract expires. Natasha is now saying that we must read the fine print. How many people reads the fine print of today. Very few. So this gym is actually robbing and *****ing from their customers. I wonder how many other people are not aware of this. So I can only imagine how many people they are *****ing from. My sons account was debited for 4 months yet his contract was expired. Please can you transfer those funds back to Sherwin Kallasur and cancel this contract with immediate effect. And I think you should teach Natasha some manners and the way to address people when it comes to funds.
