Contract termination

Firstly before I joined the gym I was told I will have an assistant to assist me, then I had someone who was just a trainer who didn't have a clue about being someone's trainer. I decide I'll go through with this journey till I finish my one year contract. My contract is now over and I have written an email to the lady who deals with cancelations. But this morning I still find out that my money is being debited out of my account I don't understand why. I'm so disappointed with the service I'm getting, she didn't call back or respond to my email and yet when I call her she says the email is correct and she will check my emails till to date. I'm not giving away my money just like that. Just so you know I'm reversing my money for the last 2 months I'm tired of you guys making my life so difficult.
