contract expired but they still my account

Hi sports and fitness club is doing ***** on my bank account. They were deducting twice on different names, and now the contract has expired last year mid December but they deduct and three times now. Last time I forwarded a complain about them and they didn't respond. I'm tired of their *****ing now.
