Contract cancellation problems

Even after the contract was canceled more than once the company insisted on taking money from my account. The bank was instructed to cancel the debit order and planet fitness promptly went and created a new debit order without my consent. This has happened a number of times. Hours spent on the phone with *********** people and the issue persists. Not happy as they keep saying the contract was auto reviewed even after I filled in the cancelation paperwork.
