Bad service

Sad to say I was so excited to start my new journey to a healthy life, I was promised the world, that I will get my own personal prainer since I have no background of fitness and training. I joined last year December 2018 till this day 2019 I'm still struggling to get my body dream body. I'm not sure what to do at the gym and I just go there for the tred mill. That is sport and fitness in Alberton. I can not wait for my contract to end and look for a better gym.
