bad management

This gym does not let their clients know about their accounts, I went today to complain after they went into my account to debit without letting me know after 3 years only to find out I am still owing money which I wasn't told I was and they say they tried to call me wereby I never received any calls even a letter they claim they did , they have a bad management system as well as wrong information on the products they are a *******s.
