ADIDAS ONLINE ***

I bought slides from Adidas online only to be refunded same day, they were "sold out". The following day I was browsing and I saw them on sale items and bought them again on 12/11/22. When I checked my email tracking the items it showed "sold out and refunded". To date I have not been refunded, I sent numerous emails enquiring about my refund of R349, I was told it will take 14 working days. I was shocked with that response as I was immediately refunded for the first refund.
