I have the sportpesa my bank statement and proof of ownership to unlock my account. My account is fine . Now my withdrawal is on process .when I ask agent why my withdrawal takes so long the want me to send documents again . I didn't do anything . I can't withdrawal my money . The other agent said . What I want to know why are you doing this because department go my document. They said they will contract me but not ? They told me this problem can not take long time but now they are taking too much time ? This people are not doing there job with honesty. I won't send documents again because last week you got my documents so stop waisting my time . Approve my withdrawal please.
