Withdrawal problems
I am really disappointed with Sportingbet ,I have always had a good experience with them but after my recent experience I'm having second thoughts I really don't know what changed from their smooth process for everything since I requested withdrawal on 30 December I haven't received it as yet I keep getting sent pillar to post they ask document after document instead of listing everything in 1 email.Lets see how it goes they asked for my bank statement let's see if they will resolve it this time as they said it's the last document they require.

17 Jan 2024, 10:53Okay so I just spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Patrick from customer care and he was really helpful.He made sure my withdrawal issue gets resolved while I'm on the phone so far so good he said my withdrawal has been approved I will update you as soon as I get my withdrawal.We need more Patricks by Sportingbet SA someone who strives to resolve issues on the go !!! Once again thank you Patrick.
