Withdrawal not paid
I have withdrew my money in the beginning of this month and the money never reached my account,I have provided the bank statement which shows that there was no money deposited into my account,I was told that I need to ask my bank,worse part,the guy did not even try to investigate,he just sent me a screenshot to say money was deposited and I can take the screenshot to the bank, even today 19/03/2020, I still don't have my money since withdrawal on 02/03/2020

As discussed telephonically, the funds were paid into your bank account (details provided by you) but it reversed back to us due to an error with the universal branch code for FNB. We will ensure this is paid out with the rest of the customer withdrawals by 5 pm today in an attempt to settle this complaint. Kindly confirm once the funds have been received.
