Withdraw of my winnings

I have registered on the site, received the bonus and I used the bonus and won, made the deposit a "wager" and now I'm being taken from pillar to post for my winnings and funny thing is they have taken their bonus back form my winnings, it says withdrawals take up to 24hours and guess what I'm still awaiting my money and I'm going in for the 72 hour now, so what is really happening? With the service I'm getting on my first time I don't really think I will carry on using this gaming site, I will rather stay with my Hollywood bets site as they do things as they say.
