Winning bet pay out

Good I would like every 1 to no about bet sa in Silverton Pretoria I placed a horse racing bet with them last Wednesday. They took my bet . Meaning they had given me the bet . The race started .and the horse won the race now they do not want to pay me out they just want to refund my money back which is realy unfair .I took this matter to sa gamling board and I am waiting for them to sort out. All I can advise people out the is to watch out for sa bets . I will not advice anyone to place bets with them
