What a Joke !!!!!!!

Being a fairly new client,today was restricted on only placing bets up to R18,Come on man R18!!!!....I logged this with the support and there response was a decision was made to restrict me to R18 (What decision and what factors was this,how is this treating a customer fairly without receiving proper communication as well as being notified before hand,This is the first sports betting company i have experienced this,you cant even place a bet greater than R20..instead of getting clientele, you actually chasing clients away,poor handling,tomorrow my email is to Tyrone and Simon with more detail.
