Verification process/Withdrawal process

I do not understand what is going on with sportingbet. You can deposit nicely,come withdrawal time they tell you to verify and when you do that the verification team do not communicate until you enquire. When you enquire you they say the address was rejected due to it doesn't correspond. The address on my account I don't know it and when I update it still shows the wrong address. They are really failing me, I been doing 1 thing for the whole week. Or is it a strategy for them to not withdraw and bet u til I lose?
