Useless

If I could rate them less than 1 star, I would! My account seemed to be hacked so I contacted their customer support. After explaining the situation, they advised that a male answered when they tried to call me. I asked them to block my account as I was clearly hacked and the agent named Mandisa asked me "why?". Again I explained that I was probably hacked if a male answered their call and the next question was freaking ridiculous - "who hacked you?". Both agents I dealt with, Eric and Mandisa are completely useless!
