Unhappy customer

I win about 3weeks ago at sportingbet....They said they paid in the money on 14/10/2025 but I never received the money.....I go to the bank but no luck on my money.....Bank gave me proof to show sportingbet that they didn't send that money in my account....Im running back in forward for my money at sportingbet.....I send them the proof from bank that there's no trace of that money.....Bank decide they gna do reverse on that money but they gna deduct 85.00 which means I'm loosing now......very disappointing in sportingbet.....5days are gone no reverse ...now they said i must send proof from bank that i didn't received that money......I did send that proof again.....
